The service

idmlbridge converts self-contained HTML design files into editable Adobe InDesign (.idml) documents. Conversion quality depends on the input file; the service is provided "as is", without warranty of perfect conversion in all cases.

Your files

You retain all rights to the files you upload and to the conversion result. We claim no ownership over them and use them exclusively to perform the requested conversion — which is also never stored (see Privacy Policy).

Account and licenses

• Full access requires a registered account and an active license (one-time payment or subscription).
• Each license is tied to a single active device at a time. Sharing your account or license with third parties is prohibited.
• Payments are processed by Creem Payments as merchant of record; they are responsible for taxes, invoicing and payment disputes.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to process illegal content, attempt to overload or compromise the infrastructure, or to build an automated competing service without prior authorization.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
